In 1989, Dr. Franco Salomon and his associates, in London, England, demonstrated that Growth Hormone ( GH ) given to adults with a deficiency, over a period of six ( 6 ) months of treatment, produced an increase in lean body mass of over 10%.

 

At the same time, it caused a 7% reduction of body fat. At the same time, the subjects who received the therapy also had an increase in basal rate of metabolism. Moreover, they saw improved strength and exercise performance, which had previously been below normal.
