HgH Releases As You Sleep At Night

The Circadian Rhythm - Internal Body Clock

Clinical studies have discovered that our bodies produce Human Growth Hormone ( HGH ) at night, after we fall asleep. This is one of main reasons why we strongly encourage you to get into the habit of getting to sleep every night, between about 9 and 10 o'clock in the evening. This is also explained in the related blog article: Ways To Increase Hgh Levels.

Additionally, the release of our Growth Hormone ( GH ) then takes place, from the Pituitary Gland, in a sequence that health researchers call - pulses or waves. Moreover, this release occurs when we are in a particular Stage of Sleeping. These pulses / waves of HgH Release happen according to something called the Circadian Rhythm. This functions like a built-in Internal Time Clock in our bodies. This is what determines when and how metabolic activities, processes, and functions take place during the day, and when healing, repair and restoration activities happen at night, when we sleep.

The Four Stages of Sleep

We progress through four ( 4 ) specific Stages of Sleep every night. Each stage is important in the healing and repairing process of our bodies and our brains. Each stage in this Sleeping Cycle can take place over a period of time that lasts for approximately ninety ( 90 ) minutes.

Stage One is called - N1Stage Two is called - N2. Stage Three is called - N3. Finally Stage Four is called "REM Sleep".

Each step is crucial for restoration and rejuvenation of our whole being, physically, mentally and emotionally.

The first three stages are characterized with NO movement of our eyes taking place. Those eye movements mean that our eyes are moving behind our eyelids that are closed during that time. They are called "Rapid Eye Movements" ( R E M ). Thus, these stages are called "N-REM" Stages of Sleep. Health researchers have studied sleep patterns and discovered that approximately 75% of the total amount of sleep that we get each night takes place during the N1 through N3 Stages.

If our sleep is interrupted, or if something happens and we only get small portions of sleep ( called "Fragmented Periods of Sleep" ), instead of complete sleep cycles, it can lead to various kinds of health problems.

Light Sleep ( Stage N1 & N2 ) and Deep Sleep ( Stage N3 )

Stage N1 and Stage N2 are called "Light Sleep" periods of time. Stage N3 is a time of "Deep Sleep". Health scientists believe that this phase of sleep is the most crucial time period of the Sleep Cycle. This is because during this time our bodies and brains go through the process to repair, restore and rebuild themselves.

There are various conditions of our bodies and brains that are observable during each of these three stages of sleep. For example, our heart rate slows down, along with our breathing. There is less muscular movement and fewer brain waves. The metabolic processes and functions of our bodies also slow down during these phases. Our bodies and brains are able to go through the necessary time to repair and heal themselves, because there is far less activity in our bodies and brains during the time of these three stages.

When we reach the "Deep Sleep" of the N3 Stage, the heart rate and blood pressure declines much more. And this is when our Cardiovascular System can repair itself. However, as people get older in age, many men and women simply get lack insufficient amount of time during the "Deep Sleep" stage. As a result, many older people will generally have a higher risk of encountering all kinds of health problems, such as high blood pressure, and similar health issues, like heart failure, stroke or Type 2 Diabetes.

It is precisely during the critical "Deep Sleep" of Stage N3
that the Pituitary Gland releases our Growth Hormone ( GH ).

Therefore the release of our Growth Hormone ( GH ) takes place at the very same time when our bodies and brains are going through that vital period of time of healing and restoration. So there appears to be a direct link between the Quality of our Sleep and the production and release of our Growth Hormone.

Moreover, the greatest amount of our Growth Hormone is released
within the First Few Minutes of the onset of the N3 Stage of "Deep Sleep".

The GHR PLATINUM Hgh Releaser supplements were are developed and created to improve the Quality of our Sleep. The result is that we can raise our Growth Hormone levels. The increased amount of circulating GH enables our bodies to better heal and repair themselves. Thus, we can slow down, stop and even reverse many of the symptoms of growing old.

Deep Sleep ( Stage N3 ) - also called "Slow Wave Sleep"

The "Deep Sleep" phase is also known as "Slow Wave Sleep". This is the time period during the Sleep Cycle that most of the electrical wave impulses in our brains are Slow Wave Frequencies. During this period of time, these waves in the brain change, as the body relaxes further into a deep, restorative sleep. Each cycle of this "Slow Wave Sleep" can last from about twenty ( 20 ) to forty ( 40 ) minutes.

However, as we get older, the amount of time that we remain in the cycles of this "Deep Sleep" / "Slow Wave Sleep", decreases with age. And so this appears to be one of the many symptoms and problems of the Aging Process. Yet these specific time periods of sleep are critically-needed for the healing and restoration of our bodies and minds. So how does this decline in how much time we spend in "Deep Sleep" / "Slow Wave Sleep" affect our health ( physically, mentally and emotionally )? What are the detrimental effects to our well-being?

There is a direct connection. Since growing old causes us to spend less time in the "Deep Sleep" / "Slow Wave Sleep", our bodies and brains have less time to heal and repair themselves each night. So there can be, and is, a very noticeable decline in our health and well-being, in various areas. Thus, as we grow older, we observe and feel, more and more, the many symptoms of aging.

But now, we have the ability to change that. By simply by using the GHR PLATINUM anti-aging products, we can slow down, stop and even reverse, many of the symptoms of growing old.

"REM Sleep"- Stage Four

The Fourth Stage of Sleep is when DREAMING supposedly takes place It is usually also known as "REM Sleep", since our eyes move behind our eyelids ( that are closed ), in what are called "Rapid Eye Movements" ( "REM" ). Scientists  believe that it is extremely critical that we obtain this "REM Sleep", and adequate amounts of it. This last stage of sleep is vital to help repair and support proper and healthy Cognitive Functions, including as Memory and Learning. It is also throughout this time period that our minds handle processing of things on the emotional level. Therefore, it is crucial that we get sufficient quality "REM Sleep" for our mental, psychological and emotional well-being.
